At Zigrocers Online Mart our primary means of transportation in Abuja is road transport and depending on the type and quantity of goods ordered we employ any of the following assets/methods;

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

zigrocers.com offer two delivery options viz;

Express Delivery – (1- 2 hours)

Standard Delivery- (24 hours)

We usually cut of ordering from 11 am and for goods on Standard Delivery, we endeavor to deliver before close of business same day or in worst case scenario before 10 am the following day.

How Do I Track My Order?

Every successfully completed order is usually issued a tracking code, with which the customer can track the order either online on our website or via telephone.

Yes an account is needed to place an order. This is needed to capture the billing and delivery addresses, in addition to the ability to track and resolve any issue that could come up with any other.
